On occasion Iv Xv Fourfifteen offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. We ships to most countries worldwide via USPS, UPS, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2nd Day Air & FedEx Next Day Air for all domestic and international packages

We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed at IVXVFOURFIFTEEN.com will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by FedEx Home Delivery and will arrive within four (4) to six (6) business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Orders shipping to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by FedEx Ground Economy (formerly called FedEx SmartPost) arriving within 5-8 business days. We cannot express ship to a P.O. Box.

Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by FedEx Ground Economy (formerly called FedEx SmartPost) . We cannot express ship to APO or FPO.

Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but is shipped faster.

Express shipments will arrive within one (1) to four (4) business days from when your order ships (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via FedEx. Express orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$5.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $40)
$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $60)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-9 business days standard, and 1-2 business days FedEx.

UPS, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground Economy (formerly called FedEx SmartPost), FedEx 2nd Day Air & FedEx Next Day Air: Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST to be processed on the same business day.
Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.

Returns
We only accept returns for and/or untampered items in exchange for store credit. Item(s) must be returned within 30days from date of purchase. Store credit for returned purchases are only good for 30 days after item(s) are received. Please notepurchaser is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package.

*Lacquers are shipped from southern Maryland, so customers who live further away from the State of Maryland will have longer ship times.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS, UPS, FedEx Home Delivery & SmartPost to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish, etc.), are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend FedEx Home Delivery at $5.95. For P.O. Box addresses, FedEx Ground Economy (formerly called FedEx SmartPost) is the only shipping method available.
