All returns are accepted on unused and/or untampered items in exchange for store credit. Item(s) must be returned within 2 weeks
from date of purchase. Store credit for returned purchases are only good for 30 days from date of original purchase date, after returned item(s) are received. 

Unless otherwise stated, specials / sales, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange. Additional information about returns please see Terms & Conditions of Sale. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Please note that we can process returns only for items purchased directly from IV XV Beauty. Items received as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original sender. In the event that an item arrived damaged, items can be exchanged by the recipient for identical merchandise.

Please note purchaser is responsible for all return shipping expenses.  

Apply one coat of the PreShow one to two coats of your color lacquer of choice, and then finish off with a coat of the Encore. Be sure to let each coat of your choosen lacquer color dry between coats. Our lacquers are highly pigmented, so when painting your nails use thin coats, one coat may be enough to acheive the desired look. Be sure to let each layer lacquer dry between coats.
